RESISTANCE Exhibition Launch

On Saturday 14th May, LOCWS International launched a new temporary artwork; RESISTANCE, by artist Rich White which now sits in the courtyard garden at the National Waterfront Museum.

This bold new commission references the experience of change and regeneration; a process that Swansea has experienced over generations, and is no more evident than in the architectural development of the museum itself.

You can find more information on our website; have a look at the artists preliminary sketches, visit his website or read the Q&A.

Many thanks to all who joined us in the sunshine, including our Locws volunteers; Georgia and Max, thanks goes to the museum, to our technical team, and to everyone who donated the furniture, and of course to Rich for all his dedicated hard work.
